Sales & marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Customers In Hong Kong & Overseas; 
• Order processing including inquiries, pricing and shipments arrangement;
• Assist to monitor market development, track business performance, analyze customer usage; to derive appropriate marketing programs;
• Assist to run day-to-day marketing operations ;
• Assist to organize exhibitions, events, marketing promotion & activities;
• Coordinate and liaise with other internal departments for the marketing programs;
• Develop and maintain long-term customers relationship;
• Understanding customer's needs to foster a higher standard of customer service.
• Prepare , review & report on marketing activities & their performance;
• Prepare product materials such as brochures & posters;
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing-coordination;

Requirement

• F. 7 or above with formal commercial / marketing training;
• 1-2 years sales & marketing experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Excellent computer and internet skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photshop and AI;
• Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical power;
• Strong customer servicing mindset, Good presentation and problem solving skill;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsibility, good team spirit, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Required to go work in Mainland China & Overseas if necessary.

Salary: Basic salary + Commission
